Hi everyone, actually I have some issues with my health. Before some time I started feeling a pain in my stomach and when I went to hospital doctor said that you have a stone in your stomach that’s why you are having a stomach ache. And my doctor suggested me some tips or instruction which I am following nicely. And he suggested I stay away from some intoxicated things which were the finest tip for my health. And now I started with my sports activities I use to go to the gym and for running which is truly making my health fit and I am feeling much healthy from the past. But sometimes my friends suggested I do my body detox even they gave me some ways to do body detox but I don’t know these ways are correct or not. So guys please tell should I detox my body or not? If yes that gives me the right approaches.
