Hello friends, how are you all? This is me Ayush here. Today I am about to share a problem that is not good for my health. So currently I am in my goal of gaining 10 kg of weight because my weight is low according to my height. As normal I gained 5-6kg of weight in my starting period. And I want to take the diet properly. But after a point of time, I am realizing that now the procedure is getting stuck. I did not see any changes in weight for the last 1 week. I don’t why even I am taking the same diet and I have started to take more protein in the diet but it is not showing any results. I have discussed to my trainer and he suggested I be calm and learn to all the things patiently because it is a long process it takes time. So guys please tell me what I should do in this situation.
