Hello everyone, I am a Sahara agent and I use to work for this corporation. So I want to tell you something about my last incident. Actually, 3 days ago I bought a second-hand TV in Sansui. The kind of TV is LED and its size is 32 inches. The TV is perfect for a family. I bought that TV at a cheap rate. So when I plugged that TV I notices that it is not working it is indicating the problem of a software update. When I discussed customer care they told me that your TV needs to update software which will take around 2 hours. Then I said Okay I will wait for it. But after waiting for 2 hours I did not see any change and still, it is not working and I am really worried about it.
