Gaining weight

Hey guys, so my issue these days is that I am gaining loads of belly fat. I was always a person who played all possible sports and hence having a crazy diet balanced it out. However, these days I’m unable to play or do any form of exercise and hence I have gained 7kgs in a month. I really need help from you guys!

One simple thing I would recommend you is Skipping. This is one of the easiest exercises that doesn’t even need much space or needs you to move out of your home. And it has wonderful effects on your body. 15 mins of skipping everyday will burn you enough calories!
